Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we use your name, email, company, country, selected services and message to respond and discuss the requested services. We process these details to take steps at your request before a potential contract. Optional newsletter permission is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.
Website measurement and advertising
With your permission, we record page views, selected project views and successful enquiry events, including time, referral and campaign information, approximate city and country, device category and language. Optional Google Analytics and Meta advertising tags load only after the corresponding permission. Consent does not reveal the name or email of an anonymous visitor.
You can reject optional cookies and change your decision from the cookie preferences link. Browser storage remembers your language, session and privacy choices. Security controls temporarily process a hashed network identifier to limit abuse.
Client workspace
Client account information and project files are used to provide the contracted services. Access is restricted to authorised users. The private workspace does not load advertising pixels. Downloads and previews use temporary access links.
Service providers and transfers
Depending on the activated features, hosting and delivery use Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare and Resend. Consented measurement and advertising may use Google and Meta. These providers may process information outside your country, under their applicable data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry and project information as needed to manage the relationship and applicable obligations. Analytics event retention is configured by the agency. You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or object where applicable by contacting Monde. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
